Local riders

Frisco and the neighbors

We started in Frisco, TX and these pages are for riders nearby — but the assessment works from anywhere. If the report says a shop is the right call, it points you to professional repair (for north Dallas riders, that’s eRide Outfitters in McKinney, TX).

Questions

Frequently asked

What exactly do I get?
An Equipment Assessment Report for your specific bike: the most likely cause, other possible causes, what to check (in order), the potential repair and components involved, difficulty, safety considerations, and whether professional repair is recommended. You can view it online and download a PDF to show a repair shop.
How much does it cost?
$19.99, paid once, after you've completed the intake — you see the price before you pay anything. That's a fraction of a typical shop diagnostic fee, and you don't have to haul a 70-pound bike anywhere to get it.
Do you repair the bike or pick it up?
No. We assess remotely from the information, photos and answers you provide. If the report recommends professional repair, it points you to a repair provider and you can show them the report so they start from what has already been checked.
What brands do you cover?
Rad Power, Lectric, Aventon, Super73, Segway, Specialized, Trek, Giant, Ride1Up, Juiced and most others — including electric dirt bikes like Sur-Ron and Talaria and the direct-to-consumer brands big-box shops turn away. Not sure of the brand? The assessment walks you through photographing the label.
How long does it take?
The guided intake takes about 5–10 minutes on your phone. After payment the report is usually ready within minutes and is also emailed to you.
Is this a physical inspection?
No — it is a remote assessment based on what you provide, which is why clear photos and honest answers matter. Actual repair needs can differ after hands-on inspection; the report tells you when that matters.
