A flat on a regular bike is a 10-minute fix. A flat on an ebike means wrestling a 70-pound frame, disconnecting motor cables, torque arms, and a rear hub motor wheel that fights back. Most riders try it once and never again.

How it works

Don’t wrestle the wheel — we pick the bike up as-is, flat and all. Every flat repair includes checking the rim tape, inspecting the tire for embedded debris (the #1 cause of repeat flats), and verifying motor cable routing and torque arms are right when the wheel goes back on.
