Terms of Service

1. The service
Frisco Ebike Repair ("we", "us") provides a remote equipment assessment service. You provide information about your equipment, a description of the problem, photographs and answers to guided questions; we process that information and deliver an Equipment Assessment Report describing the likely cause, recommended checks, potential repairs, safety considerations and recommended next steps. We do not physically inspect, collect, transport, repair or store your equipment.
2. Assessment disclaimer
Each assessment is based solely on the information, photographs and responses you provide and does not constitute a physical inspection. Actual repair needs may differ after hands-on inspection by a qualified technician. The report is intended to help you understand the likely problem and decide on next steps; it is not a guarantee of diagnosis, a warranty, or a substitute for professional repair where recommended. You are responsible for following manufacturer safety guidance and for any work you choose to perform.
3. How assessments are produced
Our assessment process combines a structured intake workflow, an equipment knowledge base, safety rules maintained by us, and automated analysis technology that may be used to process submitted information, interpret photographs and assist in generating assessment content. Reports are generated by our service and are not individually reviewed by a technician unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific product.
4. Safety
Stop using and stop charging equipment that shows signs of battery swelling, heat, smell, leakage, water intrusion, exposed wiring or structural damage, regardless of what any report says. Never bypass brake cutoff sensors or battery management systems. If you are unsure, seek professional inspection.
5. Image upload consent
By uploading photographs you confirm you have the right to share them, and you grant us permission to store and process them to produce your assessment, to provide support, and — in de-identified form — to improve our assessment process. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods and deletion.
6. Payment and refunds
The assessment fee is shown before you pay and is charged once through our payment processor (Stripe). Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
7. Third-party repair providers
Where professional repair is recommended, we may show links to independent repair businesses. Those businesses are not owned by or affiliated with us unless we state otherwise, and we are not responsible for their services. Links may include tracking parameters so we can measure referrals.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an assessment is limited to the fee you paid for that assessment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage resulting from repairs performed by you or third parties.
